MacDonald Sarin is the sole supplier of
Lockwood in India. This luxury prefabricated
housing system has been used in a spectrum
of projects in New Zealand and is exported
around the world. Lockwood believe that
the fundamental strengths of a Lockwood
home cannot be copied: ‘they are uniquely
and exclusively Lockwood’.
Walls lock together instead of being nailed
together  using aluminium slots that hook
into the pine, locking the wood into position.
Lockwood housing has a short delivery and
construction time, so once the order is
placed, you can start planning your interiors
right away!
MacDonald Sarin makes the process even
easier for you. We can supply you with the
individual home or can complete the project
from beginning to end. This includes (but
is not exclusive to) identifying the land,
electricity connections and generator backup,
water connections and borewell back up,
landscaping and even vaastu consultation
where requested. All this is done before
your home even arrives! By the time assembly
is complete you are ready to move into your
new picture perfect home.
